Valentine's Day Ride....

To celebrate Valentine’s Day 2014, Cath & I had lunch in OKC at a favorite restaurant that features ‘tapas’ plates. Tapas are a wide variety of Spanish influenced unique appetizers.  Lots of interest…  Had an excellently paired wine that was Malbec-like… can’t remember the name now… But being intentional meant making the journey interesting and special.  Loving trains like I do, we snagged a ride on the Eastern Flyer for the day…. quality ride… nice people.  Love seeing small town America, family farms trying to make a go of it, and wooded plains with creek ravens begging to be explored.....  Special day all around…..
