this afternoon we're off to the historic tidal school winery in drumright for a tour, a taste, a cheese tray and a 'take-home' of some souvenir wine glasses (I almost had some allieration going on there!) which I'm sure will be 'up for grabs' since we've been doing some 'downsizing' of cabinet contents lately, and actually, have our 'go-to' glasses to which we're unapologetically partial.......
we always take journals with us on our journeys....for the recording, remembering, and reflecting of/on this and that....probably began on our honeymoon (may 27-30, 1971) to dallas....still have that lovely 'scrap' of notebook paper on which we recorded the TOTAL cost of our adventure....wait for it....wait for it.......$147.39! Not much reflecting (just expenses) recorded on that one, but we've refined the process since then......this trip even has a three-ring binder and an actual travel journal with so much information about travel already(so, if we run out of things to talk about~not likely~ we can discuss the median amounts of rainfall and temps in major cities around the world....we'll see how that works out;)
