Fancy Nancy and her Fancy Granny

Today was Book Character Day at Wolf Creek Elementary so Kady and I did the intergenerational Fancy Nancy/Fancy Granny thing.  She cuddled up real close while I read a favorite grandmother/granddaughter themed book of mine, Thundercake by Patricia Polacco, to her sweet, attentive class. (Kady selected the book from among several I'd offered her without knowing what it was about:)

Pop thoroughly enjoyed his time at school with Kady on Wednesday seeing a Harwelden presentation about African dance.
