full house.....once again ;)

the house is quiet.....damp hooded 'duckie' and 'froggie' towels are hanging in the bathroom and the bathroom is 'delightfully littered' with bath time toys.  The familiar scent of 'Wiley kid' bath soap lingers in the bathroom, which is typically used so infrequently.  Character toothbrushes, 'kiddie' toothpaste and mouthwash and a comb and a brush provide some 'signs of life' there, as well.  The room which houses our massage table, exercise bike and yoga paraphernalia has now given way to a week's worth of outfits, pjs, and treasured stuffed animals.  Our precious 'house guests' for a week (while mommy and daddy help supervise and mentor high schoolers on a mission trip to Guatemala) are already 'sawing zzzzzzzzz's', Cora in her pack 'n play and Silas on his comfy inflatable mattress next to our bed.  The dishwasher hums, its belly full after a pizza and salad and banana pudding dinner with our 'guests' and their mom and dad before they kissed them good-bye for the week.   so thankful.......
